Mindfulness & Meditation Workshop

                           (Coming Soon!)

Need help with focus? Can't seem to relax? Or feel overwhelmed or stressed out? If so, Mindfulness & Mediation may be a good fit for you.

Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment.

Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind, which can help reduce stress, anxiety and worry.

One of the great things about mindfulness and mediation is that you can do it anywhere and at anytime, and you don't need any special training or prior knowledge to do it.

What is On-line therapy?

On-line therapy (tele-therapy) is therapy that is conducted via audio or video platform. Most clients find this form of therapy just as effective as in-person therapy. One of the great things about tele-therapy is that you can meet with your counselor anywhere! You can be in the comfort of your own home, workplace office, and even in your car using a mobile phone, tablet or computer.

That's right! No more rushing to an office, finding parking, and waiting in a drab and uncomfortable waiting room for your appointment. Your counselor can meet with you where YOU are, anytime!

What clients have said about online therapy:

"I like that I can meet with my provider when it's convenient for me." ~ CH

"I don't have a lot of privacy at home and I have a busy schedule, so I like that I can go in my car                     during my lunch break and meet with my counselor." ~ AP
